Dateline: mid-October 2021. It’s a great time to be alive if you’re a fan of Melbourne-based ‘heavy fusion’ outfit TWELVE FOOT NINJA. Not only did they unleash their fabulous third album Vengeance a couple of weeks ago, they are also releasing reams of other new content alongside the record, a video game, a graphic novel, a comic book and more. A major component of this creative and revolutionary (for a rock act) merchandising effort is a full-length novel called THE WYVERN AND THE WOLF, penned by up-and-coming Sydney scribe Nick Snelling. It’s a sprawling take of high adventure, good and evil, intertwining plots and mind-boggling world building and character development, and it also comes out this Friday, alongside the record.
